Construction and resonance dissipation
The stand design incorporates extended spikes intended to absorb resonances directly from the speaker cabinet. The same construction also provides decoupling from the floor, integrating resonance management into the wooden stand itself.
Metal and plastic components have been deliberately excluded. This is a unified wooden construction without additional metal supports or plastic fittings.
Solid wood and natural finish
Specially selected raw materials are used in production. The stands are made from solid wood sourced from local, FSC-certified forests. In this case, the FSC certification applies to the forests from which the timber originates.

Handcrafted and ready to use
Every stand is made by hand. TonTräger plans, develops and tests products of this design in its own workshop.
The stands are delivered fully assembled, so there is no need to join frame sections or fit separate structural components. Once the pair has been unpacked, you can proceed directly to positioning the stands and adjusting the placement of your speakers.
Positioning the stands
Place the stands on a firm, level floor. Both stands should be equally stable so that the speakers do not tilt. The entire base of each speaker should rest on the supporting surface, with no edges extending beyond the stand.
Before choosing these stands, compare the dimensions of your speaker base with the stand’s supporting surface. Compatibility with specific Monitor 40 versions has not been confirmed. Before ordering, check the exact speaker model, revision and base dimensions. Centre each speaker on its stand and align both stands in relation to the listening position. Adjust the final speaker angle to suit the layout of your room.
